Mithai Pro

Message Mithai Pro is suggest to used in all kinds of Sweets like Khoya based Sweets, Dry Fruit based Sweets, Bengali Sweets, Milk based liquid Sweets, Besan based Sweets and all type of Halwas.

How To Use:

E.g. For 1 kg of sweets we have to use 3 to 4 gm of Message Mithai Pro at the time of processing of Sweets.

MaxiFry Habbit can be used in all type of eatable Oils. While frying any product in oil, we all are facing a problem like, oil became black within short time of usage & namkeen’s quality will be changed in short time.With the habbit of usage of MaxiFry Habbit, these kinds of problem can be solved.

How To Use:

When you are making products from 1 kg white Flour (Maida), take 7 gms of MaxiFry CruncheX paste and mix it well with water to make it in liquid form and add this liquid in white Flour (Maida). Remember while mixing Ghee (Oil ratio), you have to take 20% less (Oil ratio) and add into white Flour while using CruncheX.

Pudding Pro

Message Pudding Pro can be used in all kind of Pudding (Stuff) of Samosa, Kachori, Patties, Vadas, etc. By using it the Shelf Life of Stuff is increase and also remove problem of Sourness and Dryness. Message Pudding Pro also can be used in dry fruits garnishing like Pista, Almond, Cashew, etc. to avoid Fungus.
